Rules for Posting Sexually Explicit Advertisements

1. Commercial Sexual Services

It is strictly prohibited to post advertisements, messages, or content that include:

• offers of sexual services in exchange for money or any other form of compensation;

• direct or indirect references to payment, including but not limited to:
  price, rate, hour, night, compensation, donation, mandatory gift, sponsorship, allowance, PPM;

• payment as a condition for meeting;

• terminology related to commercial sex (escort, sexual services, incall / outcall, or similar).

2. Mediation and Third Parties

It is prohibited to:

• post advertisements on behalf of agencies, studios, managers, administrators, or other third parties;

• publish advertisements “for another person”;

• organize, advertise, or coordinate meetings between other users;

• post contact details of third parties without their documented consent.

3. Minors

Any content is strictly prohibited that:

• involves persons under the age of 18;

• contains references or hints suggesting minors (including terms such as teen, schoolgirl, young-looking, fresh 18);

• may be interpreted as sexualizing persons under 18 years of age.

In such cases, the Platform applies immediate account suspension and other necessary measures.

4. Exploitation, Coercion, Human Trafficking

The following content is strictly prohibited:

• coercion, pressure, or threats;

• control by third parties;

• “debt repayment,” exchange of services for housing, documents, or protection;

5. Illegal and Unethical Content

It is prohibited to:

• publish intimate photos or videos of third parties without their consent;

• engage in hidden recording, blackmail, or threats to distribute intimate content;

4. Contact Details and User Responsibility

1. Users may voluntarily provide contact details (phone number and/or email address).

2. Providing contact details does not permit offering or purchasing sexual services for compensation.

3. Any arrangements between users are made solely at their own responsibility.

4. The Platform does not participate in organizing meetings and bears no responsibility for users’ actions outside the Platform.

5. Premium Advertisements (GOLD / DIAMOND)

1. The Platform offers paid options for increased visibility of advertisements (GOLD / DIAMOND).

2. Premium placement affects only the position and visual display of the advertisement.

3. Premium features must not be used to promote commercial sexual services.

4. Advertisements that violate these Rules may be removed regardless of premium status, without refund.

6. Moderation and Enforcement Measures

1. The Platform conducts pre- and post-moderation of content.

2. Users may report violations using the Platform’s reporting tools.

3. In case of violations, the Platform reserves the right to:

1. remove advertisements or content;

2. temporarily restrict account functionality;

3. permanently suspend accounts without refund of paid services.

7. Cooperation with Authorities and Data Retention

1. In cases involving suspected serious violations (minors, exploitation, coercion), the Platform reserves the right to:

2. retain relevant technical data;

3. cooperate with competent authorities in accordance with applicable law.

8. Final Provisions

1.  By posting an advertisement, the user confirms that:

1. they are at least 18 years old;

2. they act voluntarily and on their own behalf;

3. their content complies with these Rules and applicable law.

2. The Platform reserves the right to update these Rules at any time.

3. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the current version of the Rules.
