CONTENT PROVIDER AGREEMENT

Effective Date: 13.08.2026

This Agreement sets out the rules for uploading and publishing photographs, videos, and other visual content intended for adults (“18+ Content”) on klubb6.fi  (the “Platform”).

The publication of 18+ Content is permitted provided that the user complies with this Agreement, the Platform’s Terms & Conditions, and applicable law.

1. User Requirements

Only users who are at least 18 years old and have reached the age of legal majority under applicable law may publish 18+ Content.

By publishing 18+ Content, the user represents and confirms that:

  • the user is of legal age;
  • the user has the legal right to publish the Content;
  • all real persons depicted in the 18+ Content were at least 18 years old at the time the Content was created;
  • all persons depicted voluntarily consented to the creation and publication of the Content;
  • publication of the Content does not violate any third-party rights or applicable law.

The Platform may request evidence of age, identity, rights to the Content, or consent of the persons depicted.

2. Permitted 18+ Content

The Platform permits photographs and videos of a sexual, erotic, explicit, or other adult nature, provided that such Content complies with this Agreement.

The sexual or explicit nature of Content alone is not grounds for its removal.

3. Prohibited Content

Regardless of the Platform’s permission to publish 18+ Content, users are strictly prohibited from uploading or publishing:

  • sexual or sexualized Content involving any person under the age of 18;
  • child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or any material involving the sexual exploitation of minors;
  • Content where there is reason to believe that any person depicted is under the age of 18;
  • intimate or sexual Content created or published without the consent of the person depicted;
  • Content depicting actual sexual activity involving violence, threats, coercion, or lack of voluntary consent;
  • Content related to sexual exploitation or human trafficking;
  • secretly recorded sexual or intimate Content created without the consent of the person depicted;
  • any other visual Content prohibited by applicable law or the Platform’s rules.

4. Age and Consent of Persons Depicted

The user must ensure that every real person depicted in 18+ Content is an adult and has voluntarily consented to the creation and publication of such Content.

Upon request, the user must provide the Platform with evidence of the age and/or consent of the persons depicted, as required under the Platform’s procedures.

If the required evidence is not provided, the Platform may remove or restrict access to the relevant Content.

5. Rights to Content

Users may upload only Content that they have the legal right to publish.

The user represents that publication of the Content does not infringe copyright, privacy rights, image rights, or any other rights of third parties.

6. Moderation and Removal

The Platform may review 18+ Content, request additional information, temporarily restrict access to Content, or remove Content that violates this Agreement.

In cases of serious or repeated violations, the Platform may restrict the user’s ability to publish Content or suspend or terminate the user’s account.

A person depicted in published Content or another rights holder may request review or removal of such Content through info@klubb6.fi  or Feedback form.

7. Acceptance of this Agreement

Before being permitted to publish 18+ Content, the user must separately accept this Agreement.

By accepting this Agreement, the user confirms that they have read and understood these rules and agree to comply with them whenever publishing 18+ Content.

This Agreement supplements the Platform’s Terms & Conditions.
